It’s better to give them, atleast they will use it for it’s real purpose.
But this is not new in Pak, the local wadhera/chaudhary (mostly corrupt representative) receives the aid and then either sell it and/or give that to the specific ones. Just like what happens at the top...

People (international community) should at least be attending the wedding preparation and clean up as well as that of the funeral. Especially as the other wedding and funeral is next door with many guests from that ignored wedding and funeral in attendance (Syrian refugees). The difference in coverage (news) is quite disturbing.
