For Pakistan, the floods were a great tragedy.
For India, they were a great opportunity, to squeeze out some political concessions, from a suffering people.
You don't even know what you are talking about (given your inbuilt pathological prejudice); this issue is about quotas for garment exporting nations. Bangladesh, Srilanka and India are countries that have objected to the change in quotas. Bangladesh and Srilanka stand to get impacted even more, since RMGs are greater percentage of their exports. So read, think and then post; might help you somewhat to gain some perspective.
Floods, earthquakes and Tsunamis are great tragedies in any part of the world. They keep happening regularly. Did Chinese or anybody else celebrate the last floods and earthquakes in China? Nobody anywhere did.
