Some comments stay in the history books and serve as a testament to the strong character of your leaders.

Churchill, Nixon, JFK, Bush, Stalin, Hitler, and then our great Lt Gen Babar Iftikhar HI(M), who not only showed his extreme skills in armored warfare but also economic affairs and financial principles.

Every country should have a military spokesperson such as him. Admiral John Kirby should learn a thing or two from him.

All non US currency is getting pressured from US The Fed policy. Even my country Indonesia despite doing good economically like growth rate at 5.2 percent in Q2 2023, investment keeps going up and also with trade surplus every month, our currency keep being under-pressured.

The data that shows inflation in USA is still considered as high plus the stubborn and fanatic demand side oriented US The Fed has made many currency under pressure from US The Fed policy. It includes Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and every body else. The effect is vary based on each country fundamental situation. Economic fundamental situation is also not formed by a merely 1-2 years of policy making, but at least a decade of policy making. What is felt by Pakistan since 2022 is caused by its long term governing, you cannot blame it to current administration. We are experiencing an extra ordinary time Today.

This financial market is very linked to what happen in US, no one can escape......

Complex and hard economic situation we are currently experiencing is due to the combination of Covid years that hurt supply side of the economy, Russian invasion, and US The Fed policy that already increases interest since late 2021 due to their previous long printing money scheme and supply side problem that both produce high inflation in USA.

If Pakistan Army leadership was going to rescue Pakistan, then they would not have brought parasitic traitors in power. And if that was their plan all along, then they have lost the capacity to be intelligent and they most certainly do not have a moral bone in their bodies.

Yes I know .. I was being sarcastic

ISPR: there is good sentiments in the market as rupee is doing well with 300 rupee to a dollar.

During PTI government, it was just 170 rupee to a dollar.

An increase in dollar value is appreciated.
USD has crossed 300 and may eventually cross 350 under caretaker Government, however all that will be blamed, rightfully, on PDM. So, I wonder, why then the same logic is not applied and blame of USD hitting 270+ under PDM on the previous regime of PTI? I mean, if PTI left Pakistan is such a strong financial situation, as is claimed, is it possible that the condition of economy can nosedive so severely in a matter of months?

Ah, the challenge here is that people will have to use the upper sections of their body, which most do not.

The rate of depreciation over last 5 years has been 30% per year. So, over the next 6 months, it should reach 350 regardless of any policy changes. It can't be blamed on any party or government.

The people of Pakistan deserve it and much more.

Why would you waste your hard earned salary on buying sh!t in Pakistan?

Dude, invest in the US Stock Market, make generational wealth for your family.
90% of my income is in USA
but acquiring an acre for just 1000$ on average is pretty cheap

Pakistan is experiencing what Ukraine did in 2014. Except here (in Pakistan) the Neo-Nazis aren't ultra-right wing extremists, rather the military leadership which is the shoe-shine boy of Washington & London.

the military leaderships are shoe-shine boys of Pakistani middle class
Had to set the record straight :enjoy:

Can anyone possibly make a contrarian case to the fact that this napak sepoy army is the ideological and moral direct descendants of Mir Jaffer-az-Bengal?

In fact Mir Jaffer was probably more honorable than his progeny of napak fauj...at least he and his sons/grandson got to rule Bengal for a bit, but these sepoys are getting their strings pulled directly from Washington and London.

Admiral Kirby is an equally shameless lying clown, shilling for the empire, only difference is the he's doing it for his own country's benefit, whereas our native brown saheb clown is doing it in the interest of foreign master.

If that's what you think, then your intellectual horizon is wide enough for a column of ants to walk on.

Pakistan Military establishment has been under the influence of the Americans and British since the 1950s.

.
What the establishment does not understand is that this is in store for Pakistan - with a more severe and harder crash if they don't course correct.
Implications of which might result in a terribly fractured country.

It is not what I think. if you think getting nukes, fighting India over Kashmir, supporting the Taliban, managing civilians is all idea of America/Britain you deserve to be under military rule.

What do I care ? I do not get to polish the boots of your generals :enjoy:
