Pakistan rejects reports of nuclear insecurity

I heard that India moves its nukes around India in incredible rickshaws and ice cream vans. Back on topic Pakistan is capable as any other nation to look after its nukes. I have seen no evidence to the contrary. All I have seen is propaganda and psyc ops by pakistans enemies

Kindly do not insult psy ops ... Psy ops isn't done by some fantasized bullshit report ... Reading strange things from yesterday ! Pakistan moves WMD's in carts , bullocks and ice cream trucks and some kiddie thinking that India , Israel and NATO forces can snatch Pakistani nukes by airlifting 200's Commandos in stealth helicopters  ... Really made my day :D It seems after all that James Bond will not run out of ideas eventually

Goldberg wrote that ordinary delivery vans were used. That doesn't rule out a pack of concealed security men, I suppose.

But the Atlantic article also points out that weapons were being transported this way whole - completely assembled with fuel and triggering mechanisms. That means someone could easily arrange the theft of a nuclear weapon - or, if inferior designs are used, the bomb could partially explode in a vehicle collision. (I recall a newspaper story of one Chinese pilot who said his colleagues greatly feared the hydrogen bomb his aircraft was carrying could explode not just in a collision but due to static electricity.)

Is there anyone other than the SPD who evaluates the risks of their new procedures to the bombs themselves?

Firstly, weapons like that are never transported complete, and even if they were, they cannot just explode. (Pakistani designs are pretty good actually.) Even if a complete weapon is stolen, it still cannot be used as a nuclear device due to additional safeguards built-in. Even removing the fissile material for a dirty device set off with conventional explosives is not a walk in the park due to dispersion issues.

SPD has only the end product of a long chain of highly qualified people; all eventualities are independently scrutinized at each stage of development, and are continually refined as well.

I don't hesitate to speak my mind and criticize Pakistani issues where they need to be criticized, but this AM story is complete BS.

on this subject our decision was purely based on national interest and merits.. you know we even rejected F35 man which Pakistan cant even dream..

1) Refer to last page, my response to SPARK in particular.
2) F-35 is a failing project, India has the money, it's no surprise that they offered you the F-35 and no surprise that you rejected it under the given circumstances.

Oh man, this thread is still on, come on mods, is this thread still worth discussing, we know how frustrated this western media is. They are using all their means or modes or whatever you call them to malign Pakistan.

On a lighter note I personally transported few nukes in a public transport.

I'm so sorry we haven't got a proper delivery system.....

Hope they can better help us with this.\/\/\/.. that is "More comfortable" for hot nukes.....They are right ordinary vans can't handle those....
