Pakistan refuses to sign three multilateral pacts at SAARC summit: officials

Nice idea.:sarcastic:
But it is not like that.Except Pakistan all others would directly connected to our power grid and road transit after signings of these deals. It will be a mutual beneficial deal.
Afghanistan would be connected via Chabhar port.
Pakistan might get a lot of incentives in power transmission
if they would have sign this deal under SAARC agreement.
Now they will sign separate deal for it with India and may bought power from us with less incentives.

Read about CASA-1000 project between Tajik-Afghan-Pak. Same power transmission lines will be used to import up to 5000MW in 3-4 years time.

And you also expect that Pakistan will be at India's mercy when ever you decide to pull the plug on the power grid , as for incentives, China just finish dam Brahmaputra river and we can also offer Pakistan the same not to mention we have cooperation to build more nuclear reactors.

3-4 years time. And what about the increase of consumption in Pakistan in each and every year? And that is going through volatile Afghan region.Let see.

China finished dam so what?
Nuke power is not that feasible.
And this is about SAARC .not about China. This is noone of your business.

Please explain how UNSC resolutions expire, specifically this one.

As I pointed out in my earlier posts, subsequent UNSC Resolutions called for India and Pakistan to enter into negotiations to determine the "how" of demilitarization, which means that Pakistan was not longer required to unilaterally withdraw without first accepting a plan of demilitarization entered into with India.

No it won't be breaking the Simla Accord, as I have explained several times now.
Commitments entered via mediation by third parties are just as valid as commitments entered into bilaterally, otherwise the IWT would have no standing either.
Mate, can you provide the official UN link for your claimed subsequent follow on resolution signed and committed by both India and Pakistan state authorities in UN? As I have the official link for our claim, but I have not heard your claim earlier regarding official document for the same. Kindly provide the link. Thank you.

In couple of years Pak will import 1000MW, later on increase it to 5000MW. Depending on India for something electricity is stupidity that even pro India nawaz do not want.

That not a bad Idea, ---> Pakistan with SAARC countries + China - India

Pakistan is insignificant for other members. Afganistan and India may get something out of it. But India Pak relation wont ease ever.

So better move forwards without Pakistan.

Can include Myanmar also China as an honorary member.

Let me know how you are planning to get road transit, or power connection to other SAARC countries without going through India.

How about China? :D, we can alway bring a power connection from Nepal to Pakistan via Tibet and our Brahmaputra Dam can also power up Pakistan too:cool: , India is not the only solution to SAARC. China has border connectivities to Nepal, Pakistan and Afghanistan beside India and Bhutan dont forget that.

Any kinds of power reliability is stupidity.

Pakistan is a developing country so there consumption would increase in future.Unless you can established some powerplants in Pakistan I dont think your entire consumption can met by power line.

China will stay there.Except one to one agreement. You dont have any say in SAARC organisation.

China is investing in 17.000MW projects till 2020. Not to forger two 2200MW Nuke plants in Karachi which is separate deal.

Then that is your only hope. And there is a lot of threads in PDF about the cut throating charge of electricity from Chinese projects.

Sure it's our bussiness when you brag about selling incentives electricity to Pakistan, we Chinese don't want to miss the opportunities to sell ours too, in fact we are very competitive:lol:

SAARC should be dissolved. It has lost its importance, if it had any before.
