In terms of Quality and I am big fan of Chinese systems but lets be honest there is some mixed consumer reviews maybe because China doesn't want to sell ''state of the art products'' which means why they could sell lower end stuff to other countries but there are also positive reviews mixed in there from some customers...

Example: At gun-point to their head most countries would chose Turkey's products over that of China if it meant life or death. People would put their trust in turkish produced end products.. I mean countries like Poland, Ukraine, Germany etc etc if they had two options for survival reasons to break the bank for it would definitely be Turkish produced
