Even if they don't wanna sign it they can say what they like even if they choose not to accept it .. that is the border end of story so it's in their interest to hand over the wanted and realise right now they are at our mercy and we have been very hospitable to them and they should hand them over to use as a gesture we are on the same page because as of right now they are still showing us they are against us
