Pakistan protests unprovoked Indian firing at Sialkot sector
The Indian troops on Thursday resorted to unprovoked firing in Sialkot sector on working boundary, a press release issued by Punjab Rangers said on Friday. The firing which started at 7.30 pm continued with intervals throughout the night. The Punjab rangers responded the fire. Meanwhile, a civilian was injured due to Indian firing in village Nekowal.
Pakistan protested to this second incident of unprovoked firing in one week, at an immediately called flag meeting.
On Sept 12, Indian troops also resorted to unprovoked firing at Wagha sector.
