As far as I know, people may see peacekeepers as invaders not because of the religion, but because of the physical feature.

I am sure peacekeepers from sudan too will be seen as invaders.

totally wrong , the issue is of taliban and they will surely gona loose their moral ground because what they say non-Muslim forces.
simply in PAKISTAN our nation can tolerate help from any MUSLIM country but american or nato army... no way.
so it,s very good idea on valid grounds.

Taliban can make anybody it's enemy. They are going to kill peacekeepers anyway, calling them foreign agents.
Its very easy to call anybody kafir, american agent, mossad agent etc.

In pakistan, may be you dont want nato help, but this is about afganistan, not pakistan.

BTW, there seems to be nato presence in pakistan already, and drone strikes are being tolerated on the whole.
