I would recommend a speech at the next UN General Assembly on these lines:

" Ladies and Gentlemen, let me present to you some interesting facts: India - a country who whines about being a victim of terrorism on every international forum and even in the UNO, is the major exporter of cross-border terrorism in the region for well over the last half century.
