This is a low number. There was a study published by a UCLA professor who went to Kashmir, interviewed many people, saw mass graves and all, and came up with a number. IA found him, took his camera and other stuff away and sent him back to US. He came back and wrote many articles on it. They cover massive amounts of Rapes of women to give birth to "Hindu children", killings of Children (Male) who the IA considers as a future threat, he also assessed the number of troops to civilian ratio. On every ONE civilian, there were estimated to be Seven troops!!! What the hell are they "securing" the land from? the local population who's lived there for centuries???

Working alone needs to end. Pakistan is a growing economy, the US, the Russians are getting close to you. Why not discuss with them and do what you want to? Learn a little tact and diplomacy, learn to create a positive image with good reputation. Who would you like to be? A lone guy trying to figure out many issues without any friends? Or a social guy who gives the world community enough courtesy to let them know about critical things and then figures out on his own what needs to do? Having more people in your court (without expecting help) is a great thing. Whether you got help or not on this issue, you established a relationship for the future and you might get more benefits from your actions than you thought

Always think long term. Pakistanis always think short term!

You don't have to give evidence of Pakistani involvement to world community. Most of world community already believe Pakistan's guilt. OBL episode is an big example that is before them.

On India, most Pakistanis are really gullible to believe that they can pressure India by giving some dossiers on India's involvement to US. Unless, India sees Pakistan from an angle that interest Indians economically, India may not come to dialogue table with seriousness.

Please provide the source for 90,000 plus Kashmiris killed post 1989. Anecdotal evidence mean cr@p as i previously stated. Provide a link for that UCLA study that said I would love to hear your views on UCLA studies about US atrocities in Vietnam and there treatment of minorities.
