The fact remains that there is no ban on weapons acquisitions by Pakistan. It is just that Pakistan also wants USA to pay for them, rather than using its own resources.

India deals with both Russia and the US. Israel plays all sides. Russian, Chinese, Indian and US. It even tries to be goodie goodie with Pakistan...

Pakistan will let american business function and access CPEC but will make sure that China remains on the top militarily and economically. u.s. private enterprises will be allowed but the u.s. government will be disallowed.

Pak is the USA’s major “bait” in this region!!! The overwhelming Chinese military presence inside Pak is a thing to prevent at any means by the Pentagon. However, Pak can’t be bent by the external pressure alone, so it’s the time to “do more” for the Pentagon.....

But Sir, there is no overwhelming Chinese military presence in Pakistan. Infact Paksitan's policy is no Chinese boots on Pakistan's Ground at larger even at smaller scale.

But US's biggest concern is Chinese BRI, CPEC, Gawader port as essential part of BRI and CPEC. Also there unprecedent support of Paksitan in terms of foreign investment, militarily, weaponization and modern technology transfer.
As US wants to cut Chinese trade route through South China Sea to weakened the chinese economy but China planned and execute his master plan on time which is to have a backup trade route through Gawader with the help of all time trusted partner Pakistan. So now America is desprate to pressurize Pakistan to roll back CPEC and also his defeat in Afghanistan.
