If India could - it would buy from North Korea if it meant preventing Pakistan getting anything. Their venom is to a point where they would see million of Pakistanis die at their hands and never blink an eye so buying a variety of logistical nightmares from any nation to prevent Pakistan buying from the same is a no brainer for them.

Tb2 action in Azerbaijan-Armenian war uses Canadian company engine, Rotax, and Canada has imposed defense products embargo to Turkey due to that war.

First: The Rotax engine is of Austrian origin. not Canada. Second: Canada has embargoed Wescam EOTS, not engine.

We faced the engine problem all the way back in Anka time and because of Austria, but we have already overcome it. Both issues are now irrelevant. Neither the Rotax engine nor Canadian-made Wescam EOTS are currently used in TB2s.

TB2s TEI production PD-170 ST engines are used and also Aselsan made CATS EOTS are used. Even the German made 2-blade propeller was replaced with a locally produced 3-blade propeller!

I am sure Pakistan would have integrated micro ammunitions on Shahpar as well its not that difficult. Main reason for buying TB2 is that it brings almost twice the flight hours comapred to Shahpar 2. A loaded Shahpar give 7 hours compared to 14 hours with TB2. Also its possible Pakistan got ToT and access to turkish engiene and other crucial sub systems.

Anti Radiation drones, YES! Not missiles.

TB2s either carry mini drones Kargu/Alpagu like or carry mini-bombs MAM-L like. They never carry missiles.

I doubt that. Because 49% shares of TEİ, which produces PD-170 engines, belong to the American GE Company.

Although Turkey is legally able to grant ToT to whomever it wishes, it will do so by asking the opinion of the GE Company in order not to strain its relations with GE Company. And GE Company means US Congress!

On the other hand, I do not expect any problems with precision-guided micro-munitions.

Well majority shareholders dictate the terms so nothing GE can do here. 51% is more than enough to enforce a decision. Also if there was an issue US would have blocked it before Turkey made TB2 sales to Ethiopia and Somalia bcz both countries are under US sanctions.

Micro munitions are entirely different story considering they are a home grown product.

India has been purchasing French aircraft since 50s.

This Indian strategy is less and less effective. China and MENA countries will always sell to Pakistan and their military hardware is now world class. Even in Europe, India can not buy from every country especially if it wants to develop an indigenous defense industry that's relevant.

Pakistan is on track to resolve its repetitive BOP issues......means billions will be available for arms imports looking forward.

Rotax engine is produced in Austria, I know it already but the company who owned it is Canadian. Maybe because it is produced in Austria then the engine is still available for TB2 drone.
