I see you are newbie here.
Just understand, India is just a pawn in bigger scheme of things. You lot would be better off understanding your true worth and limitations and work within.
I will give this one shot since you pulled the newbie card. First off me being a newbie has zilch to do with either of us having a superior understanding of the situation.
Second the whole pawn in he game won't sell my friend. Pakistan and it's anti India society cannot wish away the soon to be largest society in the world - Indians.
Does India need weapons tech? No
Does India need nuke power tech?.no
What does India need? Fuel. Why?
Because India plans to have an installed nuclear capacity base of 300GW of nuclear power by 2050.
Now you can try all you want, but.
India will do nuclear commerce with every country that has nuclear fuel. Whether NSG or not.
India will be a permanent member of the UNSC or that group will be rendered as a dummy namesake.
India will be among the top three nations in defence trade.
All these are going to happen. One way or the other.
We will give the world time to accept this and come around or we will find other ways of getting it done.
Now coming to China, the poor sods in the CCP have painted themselves into a corner. It take a rocket scientist to figure out why they don't want India in. They feel threatened. They want to keep it a 2 player game. But try as they may, there are 3 players. Maybe not yet, but almost there. Added to that they have to keep their taller than and deeper than also happy. I don't envy their position.
The world as a whole and China in particular has two options. Continue to live in denial about the imminent geopolitical realities or acknowledge it and work with us.
Sorry to say this but Pakistan has only one choice. Play ball. The whole India Pakistan equal equal won't work. You are nowhere near in terms of human, knowledge, resource or economic capital. While India closes the gap to China and US, we are widening the gap with Pakistan. No one wants it this way but Pakistan send to insist that this is the only way.
Simply put India will create it's own groupings that will allow it to meet its goals and the West will participate in it, not stay out.
And rightly so considering it was the threat of India's rise that led to the creation of NSG and MTCR. One by one they will all fall or be made redundant.
You don't have to agree with this. I'm not debating with you or anyone.
