Tanks,APCs,IFVs,MRAVs,Fighter Jets,Advanced Trainers,Basic Training planes,UAVs,Intermediate and LR ballistic and Quasi Ballistic Missiles,Full spectrum CMs,Precision Munitions,Anti ship missiles,coastal defence missiles,Naval suites,Avionics,Sats,SLVs,MLRS,Nuclear tech etc etc are ours.

Im pretty sure, Pak can develop similiar systems like Firtina,129s etc... depending on our financial resources and needs... If needed... pretty sure, several international companies would be willing to help Pak, Just like Turkey recieved help from Korea and Agusta...
Its upto the Turkish Govt to pursue such ventures with friendly states or not...

Pak is looking at 400 SPGs.... Korea,Serbia,South Africa,China are bidding for it... n will be produced in Pakistan.

Despite going out of the frame at the post #17; You have made my point.

When Turkey started the JVs that are out of the list at the post #17; Turkey had ''things'' to bring up on the table and also risk sharing, therefore, The titles on JVs were officially changed accordingly, and now The list at the post #17 is higly at the first stage, later fully based on our own systems, and therefore the titles have yet again changed accordingly.

I would like to go back to the question as a result:

What can Pakistan offer to change those titles at the post #17?

Mate there is no parrallel to our missle tech in the region except china, u might need some of it in the near future for turkey to exist, the way erdogan is poking the west....get it now.....

It's just a statement from Mr. no body. He doesn't have any clue where and how such collaboration should start.
Most likely Mr. no body is using his limited time and probably last in office to make foreign trips and show he has some late ideas, but ideas are not enough.
There's no team on ground to identify areas of co-operation, to layout roadmap to act and eventually the results.

Good initiative if it goes through. I will say, lets concentrate on domestic requirements as well and provide APC etc to troops to protect our brave soldiers.
