The officially stated range of Harbah is 300 km. The existing missile with INS/GPS and active seeker can be used against coastal targets, there is no separate version for land-attack.

This is similar to Saab/Diehl Defence RBS15 Mk3, except the size.

Production capacity is limited as well,PLA need 42 units Type 055,China naval ship construction companies are already overloaded,the four 054 A frigates are already a special arrangment.
