Uhhhh... What? Im assuming that you meant Babur...and no, most definitely it is not a hypersonic cruise missle. Its subsonic.
That being said previously it was reported that Shaheen IIIs range was greater than was reported but the range was curtailed in favor of speed. I wonder if the same could be done here, say dropping the range from 700km of the babur II to say 550km and increase the speed to make it supersonic.
The other huge benefit is that doing an inclined launch will enable a little better range as it is already pointed in the direction its going and is not fighting gravity for initial lift. Its an AShM amd doesnt need as much variability in launch direction to give 360 degrees of attack capability like a SAM would. This will enable any PN vessel capable of housing AShM to be fitter with a dual use missile (AShM capable of Land Attack as well). The larger vessels like F-22P, Type 054A and Milgem may be able to carry 8 rather than. What will be interesting is if a vessel like MRTP-33 can house it (the vessels beam is 6.7m and the missile length of babur is 6.2 so i doubt it).
Pakistan should try to "develop" a local variant of CM-400AKG in order to use the max range of 400km.
Additionally, i would be looking at personalizing the weapons loadout for the MILGEM given the downturn in US Ties which will likely only get worse in the coming months to year. And likely PN can forget about the swift corvettes, likely having to instead opt for more damens or go for chinese options like the type 056 (may a P18 variant) or an enlarged Azmat class ship. Heck, the Swift corvette is on the face basically an enlarged Azmat anyways (13m to be exact). Scale up Azmat and lay it out similar to the Swift ship and exchange the sensors for turkish ones like Smart S mk2 and the weapons for local turkish or chinese ones (Harbah/C802A and FL-3000N instead of harpoon and RAM, with AK630 or Aselsan SMASH instead of 30mm cannons currently installed).
