Pakistan Navy perry class frigate are fitted with Rim 66 ? MR system. IF not than according to many internet sites and sources PN has the RIM 66 Standard version unkown in the armaments .
one big difference which is evident is reloding of fm90 Sam on f54 with total
of 16 Sam vs just 8 on f22, in picture you can see re-loading structure behind the fm90 Sam
Type 054 Jiangkai-I Class Missile Frigate - SinoDefence.com
4 vs. 2 close in weapon systems/guns is another , range is another plus which for PN may not be an issues as 4k vs 5k plus who care PN is not going to fight in world seas
Wikipedia is not a valid source However We also cant say its wrong. According to Pakistan navy section of Wikipedia. The the last 3 of the 4 F22p's are larger and have more Weaponry. Is it true ?

F-22P Zulfiquar-class frigate - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaAccording to Admiral Noman Bashir, Chief of Naval Staff of Pakistan Navy, the Navy intends to expand its fleet of F-22P frigates from the current four by constructing more ships. These may be an improved variant incorporating features of the Type 054A frigate, possibly designated F-23P, for which discussions have been held between Pakistan and China.
Balony. THere are plenty of wiki pages with extensive referencing of verifiable sources in print and online. THere is no reason not to use those pages. Though, clearly, it is upon the user to verify the accuracy of the content independently.

F-22P Zulfiquar-class frigate - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The source given is Pakistan needs more F-22Ps, not Type 054A
Note the word MAY and POSSIBLY > this is speculation.
All that is said in this article is 'we need to come up with an improved version of the F22P that is closer to Type 054". The source article doesn't say BIGGER. Nor does it say MORE ARMAMENT. It merely says UPGRADING.
Upgrading implies sticking with the original design and putting more modern (as in newer generation) systems on them. E.g. replacing HQ7/FM90 with a small VL SAM, e.g. using more advanced sensors, e.g. using a more modern combat management system.
May issue of the Warships International, about the Aman 2013 exercise, that Pakistani Navy has acquired the GENESIS combat management system for its Perry class frigate F-260 PNS Alamgir.
GENESIS was conceived by the Research, Project Development, Department of Turkish Navy. The GENESIS was created to update the old CIC of the Perry class frigates and replace all legacy consoles, displays with modern multifunction operator consoles. More importantly with the implementation of GENESIS all existing sensors and weapon systems of the Perry class frigates will be able to communicate with each other. This system enhances the ships situation awareness and accelerates the defense capabilities, decreasing the detect-to-engage reaction time by more than half.
Of course important questions like when the deal was signed what is the value of the contract what is the delivery time line are remain unanswered yet.
This is a bit confusing to me, and perhaps more knowledgeably members can help --- That the US would not appreciate non-Western systems on a warship they granted to the PN, however, the GENESIS system, if the report is correct is on the ALAMGIR, but if the GENESIS syetm is not on othetr PN warships, what's the logic??
