Funny part is, Indian Army is calling it a lie and saying that it must be a submarine of some other country not theirs.

With such ridiculous statements, they are undermining the creditability of their own official statements thus further proving the fact that how much they lied and framed their infamous surgical strike fiasco. I believe deep down their hearts, many Indians have started realizing as well.

They don't have any credibility to begin with. The reports of international media about surgical strikes are a proof. Nobody took them seriously and nobody will take them seriously this time as well. Their dirty games will keep on being exposed by us with videos and pictures.

Maybe there was another Indian Submarine which did penetrate Pakistani territorial waters,

If I ever planned a penetration, then I surely would try to lure all vessels capable of submarine hunting

Let me give you a very crude example, I have a guard at my property. He reports to me that he spotted an intruder and just let it go. What? Why don't you apprehended the intruder? Why let him go?

This sub should have been either killed or at least have them escorted to Karachi. Nothing less is acceptable. Iranians are more courageous then us. They capture US marines and show the world their videos.
Imagine, this sub and its crew captured and shown on media. How much political and diplomatic mileage, Pakistan could have earned form it. It may have a very pronounce effect on hawks and recent escalation by Indians. It could deescalate quickly and let off all the hot air from Indian balloon.

Why as a Pakistani citizens we will keep seeing such excuses? I am not only criticizing our military but also our government also. We are ZERO at all forums be it foreign, diplomatic or any other.

I grew up reading the story of Ghazi submarine lock on Indian aircraft carrier prior to 1965 war. I still bite my fingers when I read about fateful events of September 1, 1965. That day we lost a chance, what could have been a decisive victory.

Then we again lost on 7 September, when due to poor planning at top level give Indians a chance to re-group.

The events leading up to our defeat in 1971. The sheer incompetency by our political, military leadership then. The lost chances and blunders. What could be a better point to judge the incompetence, that almost 2 divisions of PA never participated in 1971 war. They did not fire a shot..

There is no mention of this incidence in Indian media.

If this incidence is true, then I have no doubt that Indian submarines are regularly spying in Pakistani waters and this was one incidence where it got caught.

I think one would be foolish to think this is a one-off incident. It's highly likely the Indians have done this before on number of occasions and have just been caught. If this assumption is correct, it raises questions not just about the Pakistani navy's capabilities but also that of the entire Pakistani military posture and capabilities.

Pakistanis are rightly highly critical of their civilian administrators but rarely criticize their military. Granted as a small and vulnerable country threatened by multiple threats, Pakistanis need to be cautious of their criticism, however there are many glaring failures by your military. For example, to any objective observer the way the ISI lured and apprehended a senior ranking Indian naval intelligence officer was nothing short of legendary. In any country, books would have been written about this incident and movies would have been made. The diplomats would have gone on an overdrive exteracting maximum mileage from the incident. In the Pakistani case, all you have is a poorly produced confessional video and few statements here and there. Even the language used by the Pakistani establishment both civilian and military is so outdated and embarrassing to read (even to a neutral like me) that you begin to wonder how in the world writes these jokes.

Pakistan is a great country and its military despite so many financial and political constraints continues to keep a zealous enemy 10x larger at bay. But how long can Pakistan rely on outdated and embarrassing tactics. The era of strategic and political lack of creativity needs to end for your country to adequately address the multiple threats facing it.
