There should be some confidence building between two nations first. No need to take panic decisions.There is already belief deficit on both sides.

What is that CBM that Pakistan shared with you to warrant such overtures from us?There hasn't been any progress in 26/11 massacre. MFN to India is still in dilemma. There has never been any politician from Pakistan who argued for anything less than total control of Kashmir. Now what gave India the confidence to provide these benefits to Pakistanis.
