Pakistan mocks Sushma Swaraj for issuing medical visas, calls it 'Indian gimmickry'

Yes, when a person is in need of a life-saving treatment at an affordable cost... which is actually a responsibility of his own nation.
Now of seller and buyer logic.
Every product and services come terms and conditions. If according to current terms and conditions medical visa is rejected or put on hold and you need some preferences or favors then Please bend the back and request. Else you are free to go and get it done anywhere else in the world.
you forget she just grant a damn visa sir a stamp only rest is patent and hospital issue . do not make like you grant B1 visa :disagree: yeah we are free and we did it thanks for kind help

I agree foreign minister should not publicize this things, we won't score any point from this, over all she did good job as fm

it should be simple as it is
tests done in Pakistan and treatment is expensive in Pakistan
2- apply in India hospital get quotation
3- get appointment letter from Indian hospital via email
4 apply with medical reports from Pakistani hospitals - Indian admission letter-passports -pics - police certificate -and bank statement
granted visa by embassy ASAP
traveled to India treatment done
visit some places if you have money and wish to do so
return to Pakistan with thankful heart .

just simple

Hi Areesh

I believe she can afford to do one big drama because the average Indian toiled their hard *** to achieve something substantial, can Pakistan substantiate that effort in this field before mocking ?

Pakistanis can do a drama on a lot of things. But then we are not a bollywood nation like you.

The nation has sole right to grant/reject/put visa on hold and does not require reasons to do so. And it is applicable for every type of visa.
"No right to appeal or to administrative review"
This is the International standard and probably your country works on the same policy. So the damn stamp is not only the DAMN STAMP. :agree:

You know this is the problem. You guys flatly DENY the reality then how a debate can take place ?

BTW not only genuine patients, ALL of them pay for their healthcare, no one is doing any charity here. It's just that they save a lot of money if they do it here in India and one must accept that there's nothing wrong in saving money?

I never said there is anything wrong in saving money. The problem we have is with the gimmickry by your FM on someone's misery and that too after that someone is paying for his care.

That is no acceptable and not expected either from someone who is at a senior position like Sushma.

This step is sequential but the decision does not depend on your SOP only.

If it gives geopolitical Mileage we will continue to do it...whats wrong in telling that we help everyone in need even if he or she comes form a country that openly calls itself "India's Enemy".

its sometime done in hours in civilized world without media publicity . its medical visa and mention on medical reports that it should be done ASAP . i have my son's reports clearly mention on them implant ASAP . what is the benefit to keep patent in home fr weeks and months waiting for a stamp ?

there should not be any medical visa restrictions at all
no politics on patents simple

of course she dont need Pakistani votes, she is doing for publicity in india, showing that how great they are compared to their biggest national obsession, while Pakistan have failed to serve its patients. which is not the case, only few dozen go to india out of 207 million, and out of those, 70% of Pakistan patients go for liver transplant bcoz its much (thrice or twice) cheaper in india, not bcoz Pakistan dont have the facilities. I think Pakistan govt should sign a deal with local hospitals for needy patients and it will solve 70% the problems.

She is not helping, she created an issue and then she is trying to act as Messiah on twitter, a true bitch , look at the number of medical visa before her restrictions? it was nearing 600 a year, now it have come down to mere few dozens.

@saiyan0321 we need Sarkari hospital for transplantation.
Helping you guys won't earn much publicity in India. :D Like the comments you see, many are not happy with her helping hand to Pakistani people.

Why don't you ask your people from refraining to follow her on twitter and post pictures. If she responds to her own twitter account, she becomes a publicity stunt bitch, if she do not respond to any she still becomes an evil bitch.:cheesy: Also, it's not a dozen people.

So she shouldn't respond on twitter to your countrymen plight. May be you should ask your patients not to quote Sushma on twitter. Obviously, she's not the one contacting them.

When people are fighting for their lives, they are desperate and will do anything to get better. It is like asking people to stay away from a well in a desert. However, how about helping people humbly and allowing the embassy to deal with it.

when she helped any pakistani sir ? please inform us also so we learn :undecided: granting visa is not help she stop visas and then make all this drama and then grant a visa like she grant a life wow is help ? hep was if medical visas were not stopped and done quickly without any issue . in fact help was before BJP come to power when there was no politics on medical visa . she stops visas or at least make it difficult to get is help ?

Yeah, tell that to the Pakistani gov - that will fight its war at the cost of innocent young Kashmiri lives.

A foreign govt can only get groups of people to engage in guerrilla warfare. If the people are spontaneously gathering to disrupt operations against the freedom fighters, and the Indian army chief had to resort to threatening the civilians of Kashmir against it, then it is obviously much beyond any involvement of Pakistan in IOK.

However, even if we accept your contention, playing with the emotions of terminally ill children is a new low even for India.
