This guy sure took alot of notes from his teacher in the classroom. So we know his teachers spoke English... Lets see... Who could possibly teach him those things...

Baktar Shikan is Pakistani made wire guided anti tank missile which pursues the principle of optical aiming, IR tracking, remotely controlled and wire transmitted guidance signals.
