Pakistan Military Couple Married| Yay

I am sure that there are numerous couples like that in armed forces all across the world, but the blind infatuation with military in Pakistan is almost nauseating.
There was absolutely no need to public these personal photos. Sense of privacy is lost in the majority of today's generation. An unknown third person would never get to see my wedding photos. In-fact in my generation we would not even share our wedding or even family photos with fast friends let alone some strangers.

Cant we get rid of this saree as an official uniform of our lady officers? Is Shalwar suit any less graceful?

Any particular hatred toward Saree, or its only due to Hindutva.

They are from Army not Air Force and this girl was also at parade

The shalwar suit is less graceful. The Saree was the dress of polished Gentry whilst the Shalwar suit was traditionally for women working in the field. We need to get over this mentality of rejecting everything that seems to have roots across the border; Pakistan was made for the Muslims for the subcontinent, not for Muslims of just Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan.. it is this thought process that broke us in two and holds the potential to break this country again.

Reportedly the Sari originated from the Indus valley civilization. The first recorded depiction of a Sari is on the statue of an Indus Valley priestess. Also, the sari was more of a regular among peasants from south, east and central India. The working classes in Punjab wore the lungi, in Sindh and Balochistan they had their own versions of frock like dresses, Kashmir had a trouser and a poncho like shirt which did resemble the shalwar kameez. The Shalwar Kameez on the other hand traces its origins to the Mughal courts and not the peasantry.

@syedali73 is correct that the Muslim gentry wore the Gharara, while the sari was worn through out the socio-economic classes of the subcontinent.

That said, I myself would prefer the Sari as the ceremonial dress for our armed forces' women for the plain reason that it looks more elegant.
