Pakistan may Purchase Chinese Surface-to-Air Missile System HQ-9

Airspace covered by all kinds of radars, AEW planes and sophisticated air defence all networked together would make it
a deadly cauldron for any one. The enemy would be faced with SAM's the moment they cross the border and whilst they are dodging them they would then have to face the PAF. I just hope we modernise the JFT block 3 quickly to maintain that edge.

If india had the S300, we would know about it, as you know our Pigeons are everywhere.

India never bought S-300..
They don't buy S400 either, cause the S400 deal is binding with FGFA. The deal is pending cause India don't have enough money in the budget yet. They don't know how to operate S300 now they bring in S400? What a joke.

You know Russi always bleed India white. China has numerous HQ9 regiment and S300 in the near future S400, just image the mood Enemy pilotes when they fly in our sky, they maybe scared to death before hit down. Even they can evade our SAM, J20 is waiting them.

Energy
The World know Iran as the country with the world’s fourth largest oil and the second largest natural gas reserves, which acts as an most close relation between India & Iran as India, currently is the world’s fourth-largest consumer and net importer of petroleum products.

Since India has already been operating the original missile for decades, Indians know, how good it is.

On the other hand, India is moving on to a missile, which is better than this Chinese copy in every aspect, Can make entire Pakistani airspace, a virtual no fly zone.
How?????? are you able to do math on geographical boundaries???? The latest version of S400 have maximum range is 400 Kms now use your compass and track how your S400 can make the whole Pakistan no fly Zone. From any point on the border there is always a depth of more than 400 Km and somewhere specially in Baluchistan its even more than 800 Km depth. Now can you explain how your S400 batteries can make Pakistan no fly zone. Even if you place 10 batteries along Pakistan border still you can be able to cover little more than half of Pakistan from Indian border in the 400Km radius of your S-400 which is still in news until now. Also if you put these batteries near to border or in 100 Km from border those batteries can be a primary target of land based cruise missile Babur to neutralize most of them if not all. So go back and do your home work and always post something after assuming that there is also an opposing force which have strong defenses and waiting for any of your aggressor move.

In near future we should consider HQ-19(Anti-ballistic missile interceptor variant of HQ-9).

Pakistan has a doctrine and the same is in view while inducting such defence weapons. Keep in mind, it has to be done step by step so in the end, would give a punch of K.O and professionals knows how to this. Indeed, Pak-China are working together to address such areas and also keeps an eye upon developing threats around. Remember, most of the time things are kept better to be secret for good reasons and I love this way to workout. Surprise my friend.

Here is a Pakistani source, confirming the purchase of S-300 by India.

"As a stop-gap measure, India procured six-batteries of the highly effective Russian S-300 air defence systems to protect major cities, including New Delhi."

It's not S300 launcher.

India bought the radar not the missiles, missiles were supposed to be produced by DRDO under TOT agreement but later on funds were moved for PAD project and No S300 missiles were produced.
This is also the reason why India want S400, because they were eying this system from quite a time........

I can present many Indian and Russian sources too, if that satisfies you.
But, I thought you would best believe you own Newspapers than Indian ones.

Why, because you read it in on some blog? I have given you multiple, Indian , Pakistani and Russian sources confirming the purchase of S300.

Pakistan is gradually building up its defense shield, at first short to medium range SAM's and then medium to long range. I never really understood the rationale behind the hysteria created in Pakistan after India's public gloating over potential S-400 acquisition, because Pakistan being a defensive state didn't really lose anything, secondly this compelled Pakistan to acquire similar capabilities of its own. Pakistan is set to receive HQ-16 by the end of this year. Whether Pakistan opts for HQ-9 or even a more potent version this remains to be seen, but Pakistan is evaluating it's options for long range SAM's

Sorry to hurt your feelings again.
Get rid of this myth of S300 presence.

Rest, you are most welcome to believe what makes you happy.......

These are Pakistani airbases.

Except Pasni airforcebase in Balochistan, each airbase is with in 400 km from Indian border.

90% of Pakistani airbases are within 300 Kms from India border.

If S400s are place 100 kms in Inside India border, along an axis parallel to Pakistan, as you claimed in your post.

Each and and every aircraft, taking off or landing on these bases, will be at a potential risk of being shot down.

For Babur to target S400 , Pakistan will need exact location of S 400 components because.

1. Because Babur is not a anti radiation missile.

2. Damage radius of a cruise missile like Babur is only couple of hundred meters.

It will hard to get exact location of S400 components.

1. Because Pakistani recon flights over S400 batteries, will be shot down.

2. S 400 is a mobile system, its component can quickly change their location.

3. Pakistan does not own any real time, imaging satellites.

Even if, Pakistan some how manages to get the exact co-ordinates of S400 components. 9M96 missiles of S 400 family has been specifically designed to engage low fly cruise missile.

Even if 9M96 missile fails to engage Babur , there is always Pantsir S1 point defense cannons, protecting S 400 components from low flying threats.

Sorry to hurt your feelings again.

They carry no worth and credibility ....... an open source is No source.

1. Because Babur is not a anti radiation missile.
It can house radiation seeker.
One of the prime purpose of Babur is to break Indian Ballistic shield.

2. Damage radius of a cruise missile like Babur is only couple of hundred meters.

Absurd........

How many S400 are operational in India?

NONE

So all this so called analysis of yours is nothing but a fiction movie of Future .......

I doubt S400 will be able to find its way before 2022.....
And by that time a lot will change .......

China has imaging satellite, we will share info to Pakistan where is those S400.

What if you, don't? I mean, you have never ever helped them in their previous conflicts, not even the latest, Kargil conflict.

Priorities of nations, change all the time.
