China recognizes the effort Pakistan has put in to fight terrorism. India is still in self denial mode. That is why the Chinese General had to remind the Indians to accept the fact.

China doesn't know that the Militants & the extremists (local and domestic) were supported by Pakistan for some strategic depth in Kashmir and Afghanistan.The militants were given free visas,passports and even citizenship
