What's new

Pakistan is now a $300-billion economy "Growth rate hits nine-year high of 5.28pc"

I was expecting at least 5.5% this year.

No offence but this govt has failed on economic front as despite improvement in security and record low oil price still they achieved this year in 4 years

We might end up below 6% even next year

indeed, exports are falling, imports are increasing and so is the debt.

Think you're the one with the comprehension problems. When did I say that the ultimate aim of the Soviets was to attack Pakistan? You won't find the post as I never said such a thing.
Look who is talking about English comprehension problems lol... I'm done talking to a retarded teen. Enjoy games on play-station and have a good night.

Congrats, 5,3 per is not too bad when many Asia countries economy are just recovering. Sometimes, I wonder Why I don't see the super tall building in Pakistan when the economy of Vietnam and Pakistan are same as. What is the reason for that, someone can tell me why? because of the terrain? In Vietnam, we have many buildings which are more than 50 floors.

Good Good Good! In all probabilities Pakistan is also a 220 million strong country according to the latest census figures. Meaning per capita basis it has regressed to USD 1363.7. Thats like similar or below Bangladesh and thats regressing to per capita figures of 2014. Good progress Pakistan!

Pakistan ki choti choti kushiyan gayi paanee mein.

There are tall buildings in Pakistan, the tallest is 62 story with 7 basement floors, there are quite a few in 40 floor plus range. Check this thread below.

There are quite a few over 100m in Karachi but for some reason they are all dispersed around the city, so it doesn't look like a big skyline. Karachi is still building loads over 50 storeys right now.

In Lahore despite being something like 15 million strong there are relatively few yet. Islamabad has many for its size but they are relatively short as well. I think cities like Lahore are preserving their historic areas rather than building complexes everywhere. And of course we have an economy not much larger than Vietnam so we can't afford it so much anyways.
