Suddenly Pakistan start interested in every thing from SU-35 to Russian electronic warfare system to air defence system only god knows which one will actually comes to Pakistan or at the end same old f-16.

Showing interest aint something bad I guess and it does not mean that Pakistan is buying these all just in one go as like tomorrow. Russia had offered such sophisticated systems to Pakistan since like after decades so word "interest" does also stand for that we had been given access to these machines in way that never happened before and we did analyse them in real time scenario. Nonetheless esp Russian Comm systems had been one of their kind and have evolved quite well over period of time.

everbody who thinks that interest and new friendship-friendship game with russia can make us the strategic partner or at very least "the ally" of Russia lives in utopia. because only thing which is attracting Russia towards us is that indians goals have been started to converge with Americans and Americans`goals have been started to cummulate in our region.
at the present moment our new affair has been started only because that our interest have become colliding with Americans but not with of russians so Pak interest and goals neither converge with that of Russians and nor collude with of them. so only base of this new affair cannot prolong this relation to the exxtent that advanced technologies of Russia enters in Pak as of America`s.

Russians know better that to trust Indians after all they saw what happened first in the MRCA tender and than what is happening with the poor French after they ditched Pakistan to get Indian order. Russia has India by the balls. Their message is clear either you come back to us or we are going to start selling hardware to Pakistan.

India has so many stakes in Russia so it can't pressurize Russia, FGFA, and Sukhois upgrades can be a big pressure tool for Russia. The moment India chose US is the moment Russia cancels the deal or will offer Pakistan big and once that happens India will be in a stage where neither it gets Russian high advanced weapon nor US will provide high quality.
