With over 100 kilometers range the Rocket is a highly effective and potent for interdiction that can effectively disrupt enemy’s mobilization and assembly.

General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) was chief guest at the induction ceremony. Speaking on the occasion, COAS paid rich tributes to scientists and engineers for indigenously developing A- 100 Rocket which shall augment the existing conventional fire power capabilities of Pakistan Army. COAS emphasised Pakistan Army’s resolve to strengthen conventional forces to meet challenges of full spectrum threat. COAS said that Pakistani defence industry has maintained steady progress in the recent times and has contributed to defence of Pakistan.

Didn’t we purchased this technology from China?

if A-100 is so much deadly for forward bases and assests.....A-300 with his huge coverage and range can easily damage anything india posses....290 km is hell of range

Indigenously? Lol its a chinese system, development for which began in 1990. It must be indigenous in the way Su 30mki and T90 are, i.e licensed production.

.
Great.

Now all it needs is the induction of Sensor Fused Weapon or Skeet carrying rockets and that will give Pakistan the first of four critical weapons systems needed to destroy enemy IBGs:

1. Guided Rockets with BLU-108 like Sensor Fused Weapons (already developed by China)
2. 5th Gen Man Portable ATGMS (like French MMP, Japanese LMAT, South Korean Raybolt, Turkish Karaok or US Javelin)
3. SAR Satellites and High Altitude SAR carrying Surveillance Aircraft & UAVs
4. Modern Tactical QR-SAM and Battlefield Air Defence Systems
