You imposed governor's rule. Delayed those monkey elections that you do in IOK. Imposed a total curfew and martial law in the state. Blocked all kinds of communications. Threw all of the local leadership in prison or arrests

And then scraped a law that is directly related to future of the state and people living in that state

That is how banana republic works.

Even in a case of emergency, you can have new elections(if assembly has to be dissolved) and can get laws passed with local assembly approval or local leadership approval

Your illegal move has been challenged in the supreme court but looking at the way your banana republic is working I won't be surprised if supreme court would support the move
