No, Maharaja's accession in 1947 had only one condition, that Indian immidiately dispatch its army, to stop Pakistani intruders.
Articles 370 was introduced to pacify Abdullah in 1950s.
A copy of it, was submitted to united nations 1947.

Pakistan has also changed the status of Kashmir by ceding part of it to China. LoC and IWT remained unaffected then also.

Yeah India got a thrashing and gave up parts of aksai chin to China in 1962 war
What India is doing now, Pakistan has already done it long back.
India just bifurcated the state of J&K into two parts, Ladhakh and Jammu Kashmir UT.
Where as Pakistan already, bifurcated the area under its control, long back, into AJK and GB.
India has just declared former J&K state as Union territories of India. Where as Pakistan made GB a defacto province, 5 th province of Pakistan.
All Indian has done extra, is removed article 370 from its constitution, which btw Pakistan claimed was a sham, to begin with.
Nope, it was already under Chinese control.

As far as abolition of article 370 is concerned, it can be challenged in Indian supreme court, where it will most likely stand as per as article 361, abolishment can by done by state's legislative assembly. Where as J&K abolished it LA back in 1956, hence the mantel passes to the present government of the state. Which is the union government, as there is no state government.

That's why I am saying to you instead of trying to give a legal cover with lies for your robbery just own it and move on
I have provided you the original copy Instrument of accession singed in 1947, signed by both Maharaja and Lord Mountbatten, try and find any reference to article 370, Or for that what would happen if article 370 is repealed.
That document is a legal argument. Those who don't have proper understanding of history, can only do hawaai firing ..like this .
