There was a news out there that ISI was a NSA like system to track down all kind of threats by having ability of tracking almost everyone in country.. and I believe in it more than ever because of how Pakistan handled Covid situation... one of the most effective track and trace system... and it was said that agencies helped in that pointing out towards that system built for ISI..

Just saw that part of episode 7 and its only just few words where north korea, Pakistan and then China are said to have "effective very effective cyber warfare capabilities".

I guess after the yanks and other western nations have tried to break into our systems through cyber attacks would give the need to have "effective very effective cyber warfare capabilities".

Its no secret intelligence agencies have been a valuable asset in containing corona hotspots and back tracing contacts through cell phone data when the outbreak started. One of the reasons why we could contain it in the start and prepare our medical services to handle the influx of patients and avoid the deaths level faced by other countries.

Its just bullshit hype. Nothing else. Pakistan is far far behind in cyber warfare compared to even regional countries--forget China and US. COVID tracking relied on a simple contact tracing application which was novel and new about 15 years ago.
