Saudi Arabia wants to remain as the powerful country in the ME.Turkey is a european nation,
India is in south asia.EU is worlds most advanced region .But South Asia is still a developing region.So
they can less spend in defencE and more in social and education programmes so they are developed.But India's neighbourhood is most unstable region in the world,so India want to spend
money in defence,but Indian is not spend it in lavish. But India still fund lion share of its gdp for peoples welfare.Due to India'S proximity to terror infested enemy country ,India has one of the most trained and experienced Army and so training institution.I love my country so I think India is better than other country.But I dont claim all our stuffs are better,but our training institution is best.I already figure out the reason.If you have anything to offer to Afghanistan,then do it.Turkey is in other side of world.

No ANA is not able to defend even outside Kabul, wait till taliban comes knocking on your doors. ANA is being fed on US tax payers money soon US would cut it as they leave large number of Forces.

right....at present.. it is the most vulnerable neighbouring country of India..but it too will be a waste of money/time if you take into accout the long term relationship....SL wont afford to sleep with Pakistan at the cost of India...Even if you see few Indian neighbours who turned hostile towards India few years ago are now coming close to India...may its Nepal, BD or Myanmar...India has already won the hearts of common Afghan people, they treat us as real friend as we went there and worked for their social projects when they needed it the mots!

I careless, the point is each and every dollar is coming from US/Allies without them ANA would not have been ever unified and organized yet their genes have the program to disunite and disorganize through hashish and other drugs. afghanistan might get funds but they would be very little compared to the current funding, realize US government was shut down a few weeks earlier reasons are obvious. As for Won I told you already wait when US/Allies leave those taliban would be coming back knocking on your doors, never the less US has no interest in government and people of afghanistan all they want is minerals and destabilizing regional neighbors.
