not so sure if uncle sam would trust india with pac3 or the thaad given that india is arm-twisted by Russia to remain close to moscow by blackmailing it with selling fighters to Pakistan. Russia can easily gain access to thaad's tech that way.

he did not mention what would happen to paf as soon as they take off they will be in s400 range

s400 wont be placed on LOC. and even 400km range isnt enough to save s400 from being destroyed.
S400 is ineffective in mountaneous regions and low flying targets.
