The city of Chandigarh was the first planned city in India and is known internationally for its architecture and urban design..
Islamabad is a well-organized city divided into different sectors and zones. It is regarded as the most developed city in Pakistan
Looks like both are best in there country..

Islamabad is a beautiful city but far away from being a Megacity. Islamabad has roads and a building in between 100 trees, that's why people like it. Islamabad is more like Chandigarh.

Yeah , Islamabad should have been higher ranked than karachi coz its better built and well planned , and frankly far cleaner and with better climate
But Karachi contributes 25% of Pakistans GDP
