It is doubtful that Sri Lanka will praise it ONCE they Also TEST the LCA

Secondly you mean to say that You DONT have an Agenda
when you post here

Here Every body has an agenda ; This is Not a Coffee Shop

You are actually trying to prove that garbage of a fighter LCA is, is going to sell somewhere?
I wish they had some medicine for delusions...

Most SL will still remember the Tamil Tiger are sponsor by Indians and how many SL killed by Tamil Tiger atrocities.

India HELPED Sri Lanka to Defeat LTTE ; that is what matters

Today all Tamilians have Left Sri Lanka and settled in India

No issues left what so ever

.
Right now Sri Lanka is Fed up of China's Extortionist policies

There is NO goodwill left between China and Sri Lanka

Says who ? You ? .. Not much of a credence there, Just because a few people protested in the constituency of the former president Rajapaksa in an attempt to sabotage some key Chinese investments due to domestic political compulsions doesn't mean what you state is true

On the contrary it's just the perennial piss in the pants comment from Indians regarding Chinese influence in their self declared sphere of influence, Which is waning

The one that help SL defeat Tamil Tiger is China. They used our China made artillery, Type-69 tank ,Type-81 rifle and including the F-7 fighter that shoot down Tamil Tiger bomber. You Indian can't even made a bullet for yourself. What help is there for SL?

Srilank is benifited a lot by Denying JF 17. Now they get one plane as bonus. I think Srilanka should wait for some more time so that they may get some more additional bonus.

Sri Lanka will do what's in best interest for them, As it stands the JF - 17 is a certainty, Matter of time before the first one arrives, India has been trying to sabotage the deal, Which is fair in your point of view noone wants it's political rivals gaining a upperhand but have been unsuccessful, There will be a lot of twists and turns but the deal is almost done

Let us see if China writes off Sri Lanka 's debt

Sri Lanka has been snared in Debt trap BY CHINA

Well it would be better than Indian bases which are waiting for Tejas for past 35 years. LOL
But lankans are calling it "technically inferior", didn't you read the article ?Wonder how do you feel your potential customer is calling it names like this.

He is trying to hide the Indian politics which they are playing, and making as usual propaganda on behalf of his Indian masters in the which they are expert.... blackmailing the Sir Lankan Govt. not do such Deal with Pakistan otherwise they will cut their trade with Sri Lanka and Sri lanka heavily depends upon them.........
Dependent on us ? Who told you.
Its not a landlocked country, its a island nation open from all 4 sides and free to do trades with any country in the world.

Local politicians of the previous regime did that to the country not the Chinese, Anyway both the GOSL and China have agreed to turn those debts in to investments much to the annoyance of the Rajapaksa's that are awaiting to come back to power through destabilization of the country, Hence some of them are protesting, Which in turn is a norm in any democracy but that doesnt mean your general assumption that the Lankan govt and people are anti Chinese.. Far from it

I can understand your feelings

Your " colony " has revolted

Your Investment is going down the drain

You only gave some weapons

We not only gave weapons BUT also our Military Personnel were directly involved
in Destroying LTTE

Wait and watch

If Sri Lanka gets its debt written off ; it is very good thing

But will China set such a bad Precedent

Tomorrow Other countries such as Pakistan will ask for loans to be written off

Sri Lanka is in NO position to Re pay the Chinese

Pakistan is leaving no stone unturned in its attempt to somehow palm off the technically inferior fighter aircraft JF-17 to the hapless Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF), the ANI News Service reported.

Efforts have been made by Islamabad for the past one year to convince the Sri Lankan government to purchase the aircraft that is jointly developed by Pakistan and China. Sri Lanka, aware of the technical shortcomings and design flaws in the aircraft, had earlier decided not to consider the deal as previously reported by the Sri Lankan news site ‘The Sunday Leader’.

Pakistan has maintained incessant pressure, both on the political leadership and the SLAF to confirm the deal. In this process, not only has Pakistan offered sops to the SLAF like ‘buy one JF-17 and get one F-7 free’, gratis post-sale maintenance and training to SLAF pilots etc., but it is alleged to be also using the ‘kickbacks route’ and which has been reported by the Sri Lankan media.

Therefore, taking a leaf out of China’s modus operandi during the former President Mahinda Rajapakse’s regime where big ticket projects like the Colombo Port City Project were bagged by the Chinese by paying off huge bribes, Pakistan is alleged to have paid kickbacks to some senior bureaucrats in the Sri Lankan Defence Ministry and the SLAF, apart from targeting family members of top political leaders. However, whether Pakistan has been successful in compromising the Sri Lankans is not known and could not be independently verified.

According to sources, Pakistan has attempted to reach out to the key political leaders and officials through two separate entities that have been assigned for this task. One is a front company of the Pakistan Air Force, with links and a base in Colombo. This team is being assisted by a former Pakistan High Commissioner in Colombo. Separately, the Pakistani side has approached a Singapore-based consultancy group specialising in dubious arms deals to follow-up on the sale of the aircraft.

The Pakistani government’s strong arm tactics with Sri Lanka by playing up its role in the war against the LTTE and now the offer for ‘kickbacks’ as reported earlier by ‘The Sunday Leader’ in Sri Lanka has compelled the country to revisit its earlier decision to dump the deal.

It is yet to be seen whether Pakistan will be successful in inking this deal with the Sri Lankans, for the sale of an aircraft whose quality and operational capability has been in question. However all indications are, as per informed sources, that Sri Lanka will not compromise on its national interest despite the reported build-up of new pressure by Islamabad since the issue was first reported by ‘The Sunday Leader’ last year.
If India thinks JF-17 not so good then try to sell TEJAS to SLAF or even IAF?

. .
From first sentence, you know this is a bogus report stir up by some idiots trying to smear rivals. As good as garbage report.

Why not make a report say a LCA can beat 5 F-22 easily and world best fighter?

Lol, Definitely and Indian contrived report.
