Pakistan is a non oil producing country where oil is cheaper than some oil producing countries. Nobody pays taxes and yet everybody wants subsidies for literally everything. If that's not entitlement then what is?

Wake up from hibernation and calculate the indirect taxes paid by the consumer. This rhetoric that Pakistani people do not pay taxes, is just a fallacy.

The oil-producing countries you are comparing with kindly provide the per capita income of those countries as well.

Matlab ke jahal inteha hai. For all those people who think Pakistanis don’t pay taxes. Pakistan has one of the highest taxation in the world. 17% gst, 25-35% income tax, withholding tax, not to mention further tax on production of goods that the end user ultimately pays. Tax on utilities is almost 40%. What do they get in return? What benefits does the government provide? Not even Health. What standard of living and facilities does the government provide for all that tax? Zero! Subsidy on what? Which world are you living in?
Prices of commodities are almost the same as that in the UK or US,
Now compare all to the per capita income in the country.

To put in context. Petrol prices in Pakistan after this hike is cheaper then petrol prices in India before Ukraine crisis begin.

Pakistanis pay hardly any taxes. Neither through petrol or otherwise.
