Pakistan expected to receive $700 million loan from Chinese bank this week: Dar

Seriously? 700 Miliion?

I had anticipated that China and Pakistan would sit down and come up with a solution, such as China lending Pakistan $10 billion at 1% interest.

Pakistan might begin paying back the loan after five years and finish in ten.

since both countries have a strong relationship.
You surely don't how much money China pumps into Pakistan's banking system every single year.

.
with this loan our corrupt PDM will survive few days more :lol: phir kia hoga ?

I'm not sure what you're getting at. But if you are referring to CPEC. That is just different.

In open loans, where the general public has access to all required information, I was speaking. Nonetheless, the majority of individuals are still unaware of or lacking information about CPEC Loan.

The basic CPEC benefit split is 60 percent "China" and 40 percent "Pak," yet Pakistan is unable to benefit from it. I don't believe this is the fault of the Chinese. China is entirely entitled to reap the rewards for her contribution.

You need to be more informed before speaking, everyone else knows I m not about about the CPEC.

Pakistan is the only country I've come across that takes pride in begging.

When your politicians visit other nations it must be an inside joke by now to the rest of the world that they are here to beg. Are you not ashamed of that?

If you're not talking to CPEC, you really need to explain how Chinese investors are syphoning money into Pakistan.

At least, I am not aware of it. Is it freely accessible to the public?

Don’t worry, China gave a good beating to Indians 😂

At this juncture any net positive funds flow into Pakistan is always good. It is hard to imagine anything bad.

Only can only imagine worse. Which is badder than merely bad.

These politicians got wealthy by taking cuts from loans, aid and grants over the years. They have a network of bankers, foreign exchange and stock market contacts to wash the money and take it back out of the country in dollars. They are career criminals. Do you think they care about how they are perceived or the reputation of the country?

Are you saying that if China refuses to prop up Pakistan's foreign reserves and stays away from investing in Pakistan like the west does, then China will automatically become a Pakistan's true friend? what do you expect China to do anyway?

It is not for me to say what China should or should not do. I am merely describing the weight China keeps adding to Pakistan's financial burden, that is all.

???We should just sit and watch ???

No, popcorn helps. :D

@VCheng sb

The good thing is that Pak can default on Chinese loans with impunity. I am surprised they havent done so already.

@VCheng sb

Let me play the devil's advocate.

If Pak defaults on loans from US, they can seize all Papa Johns outlets owned by Pak citizens, especially the Neutral ones. If they default on Chinese loans, what do they seize? They dig up all the roads and rails made by Chinese in Pak?

Regards
