What's new

Pakistan donates planeload of wheat to Afghanistan

. .
nawaz should have donated his sugar mill and his peacocks.

. . . .
Damn and how our quake effected people is still living without shelter in tough cold weather?

If you decide to waste food or money, just dump it in sea instead of sending to Afghanistan. These Afghans shouldn't be at the bottom of our priority list. They are just not worth it.

.
Waste of money and resources on that thankless afghans. Really bad move by N.S govt.

. .
Most importantly. Tharis are Pakistanis.

you all are just little pooh poohs crying like little babies.

One plane load of wheat is tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny, did I say tiny tiny poition of the millions of tonnes of wheat going bad in Pakistani warehouses.

Thar question is not about lacking wheat. It is much more complex long long long long long term issue that surrounds 1000 more issues and not just a kilo of wheat per person.

Shame on all of you who refuse to accept the terrible situation of ordinary Afghanistani.
Shame on all of you who mix Afghanistani government's Stupid leaders with ordinary Afghanistani.

Truly sad to see such posts.

Truly sad.

p.s. Oh and earthquake people are not suffering because of lack of wheat. Learn your subject before posting like 5 year olds.

Strong sentiments! I wonder how the Americans feel when they see us doing the same thing in our streets. ;)
Unlike the afghans we owe nothing to america. We did not storm america with thousands of refugees and introduced a drug and criminal AK-47 culture there. Most Pakistanis who immigrate to america are highly educated skilled professionals who actually contribute something to their country unlike the afghans who are economic burden, criminals, terrorists and pakistan haters.

Valid points counted.... India too is doing charity works in Afghanistan....but really they are doing all these works out of generous... I think NO!
They have certain motives.....
Involved proxy war against Pakistan...
You haven't counted the contribution of US in creation of Jihadis to fight soviet in Afghanistan... might be you again says that it was mistake done by US... then again big question
Why US again supplied arms to Al-Quida in Libya and Syria?
Why they created ISIS? might be you deny of this but world acknowledge...

They created many NGO's who is working against countries interest that not we are speaking but India too was complaining and banned many organisation.....

Its long term motives to influence their policies and later create havoc in the country... its old game...
In our case we have done done out of generous as Islam teaches us brotherhood feeling with all muslims world... We have feeling for all those muslims who is suffering whether it is Burma, India or somalia... we are having big heart..

What use do the Afghans have for nuclear bomb ? Wheat has more usability.
Absolutely, and on that note, how long before the wheat gets smuggled back into Pakistan?

Now are we any different from the Afghans???
At the government level or the people level?

At the government level there is absolutely no comparison to be made between the manner in which Afghanistan deals with Pakistan and Pakistan deals with the US.

At the people level the situation is improving. There was a pretty big jump in the US's favorable ratings in Pakistan in the latest PEW Global Attitudes poll, with some analysts attributing the improvement to a much more low-key US engagement style with Pakistan along with a significant reduction in drone strikes.
