Sorry bro. democracy is the name of public taking decisions not the people who are paid to implement what public choose.
To be accountable should be part of the system. for example: when public decides there should be no accountability, than respecting the popular vote there shouldn't be any accountability.

Read carefully, I'm not giving opinion. I clearly wrote 'For Example' If (majority) people choose (in democracy) that starting from tomorrow no resident of their land shall wear clothes, than in democracy decision of majority vote applies.
Job of parliament would be to make a plan and administer its successful execution.... NO MORE.
Of course parliament have power to move court and police against those, who do not respect democratic call.

Therefore i say, technically in Pakistan there's no democracy, because in Pakistan, bloody parliament take over decision making, which translates to dictatorship.

Again 'For Example' when India did nuclear tests, US president was negotiating fringe benefits with our PM, for not reciprocating.
It doesn't matter, if in the end his decision was popular, he decided on behalf of nation without holding a vote!

In Pakistan's history, only and i say ONLY army generals have went back to the public and asked them to vote.. rarely though.

Now if their's any educated kid on defence.pk he /she should come and state his /her definition of democracy, because i start to believe NO one in Pakistan /India knows how the **** democracy should really function or at least TRY to function.
