This is regarding the pics which shows pak PM and President cutting the cake..in second page

Army officers are in a different uniform ( dark blue/ gray ). Does Pakistan Army / armed forces has different uniforms ( ceremonial) for the day and evening ?
How many different uniforms they have.

The Officers standing there are not only from the Army. Officers from the Air Force and Navy are also there.

For your understanding;

From the left:
Admiral Noman Bashir (CONS), Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman (COAirS), Gen Kiyan (COAS), the PM, the President and Gen Tariq Majid (CJCSC).

And yes one more thing the Army officer are wearing the Mess Kit, and there is yet another ceremonial dress known as SD.
