East Pakistan Population was bigger then West Pakistan in 1971. India could not have simply invaded East Pakistan and annexed it. Our Defenses, Logistics, Support, Production base should have been equally potent in East Pakistan as they were in West.
This Concept of East Pakistan being Cut off from West Pakistan was the reason of its fall is simply absurd considering more people lived in east then in west, Had the majority of East Pakistani Population was with us, India would have gotten a bloody nose. They wanted separate country. We should have handled that situation more carefully. and we should stop peddling the misinformation to our newer generations regarding tragedy of East Pakistan and stop dreaming of Revenge Scenarios.
Unless India have a region consisting more then half of its population wanting independence, their is no chance whatsoever.

Whether we are ready or not, war is coming to us. Better to prepare and meet the challenge head on.

Considering writers assessment about ISI operating from Nepal and Bhutan and effectively splitting India into new territories by involving other two states and one of them being Bangladesh, i believe he must have been flying very high under some influence.

Pakistan doesn’t need to actively participates... just few houses away I can see the muslim population openly challenging Indian govt writ...
Govt. Medical staff who are there for survey and check for any signs of infections are spit on and even accompanied police are dragged on streets.
I know a Muslim Uber driver 34 years of age and a father of 10 kids and he openly advocates Pakistan and sharia living in same community and he is relatively educated a college graduate.
These people are already half pakistanis I dont see why they will not support any ISI covert actions against India.
Despite we calling media news channels these ppl are not ready to cover the same.

All I can say this mentality of Muslims living in India getting all free subsidies from Govt of India are openly in rebellion against Indian state and share the same hatered against non muslims as see on PDF ...

All ISI has to do supply them some money and ammunition and India will be in flames and Indian state will not act due to media and international scrutiny. I dont know why these muslims stayed back in India but if India needs a much more strict govt to contain these traitors. Despite the bad repo Modi govt gets its just too soft and beleives in Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas

Cut off North East India? You know since when Pakistan has been wanting this? Since the 1960s. When Pak supported the Mizo movement and gave them training and shelter in East Pakistan. India followed that up by training the Mukti Bahini. I don't think that worked out too well for Pakistan. But sure, you can try again.
