So u admit kashmir is a disputed territory. Then what is Aotute Aung??Time for some reality check..read UN resolutions on Kashmir, which declare it as disputed territory.
If GB is not disputed have the balls to declare it as such..make it as a province of Pakistan. and then see what happens...how your entire construct on J&K falls apart.
Mr lol according to that image Jammu and Kashmir is also not shown as Indian territory as against the "Atuut ang" claims.Lol, so why state run chinese newspaper showing it as independent?
And why not Pak claiming its sovereignty over GB?

Whats wrong with that image? See that red line? one side is Indian occupation declared as a part of India forced by thousands of troops deployment in city streets. Second side is a free Kashmir with its own legislative assembly without the need of any TROOPS to enforce the claim of the state. You can't say like that, otherwise you will be banned from this website. It really hit the nerves of Horus.
Our construct on JK can be maintained if we agree to UN monitored referendum for integration. Overwhelming majority of people in GB want provincial status.
UN or India has no right to tell Muslims of this region how to select our destiny.

No, we say Kashmir is a part of India, you say it is a disputed territory.
Legality of your claim on Kashmir comes from UN declaring it as disputed and nothing else.
But as soon as you try to declare any part of Kashmir as a sovereign territory of Pakistan...you are in violation of those resolution and your narrative of Kashmir being a disputed territory falls apart.
As you have no legal leg to stand on. We at least have document of Accession ..what do you have?
We have people of Kashmir on our side. And you?

There was a voter turnout of 65% in the Kashmir elections, which shows they believe in the Indian constitution and want to be a part of India. The entire voter turnout in Pakistan 2013 elections was 55%, which shows more Kashmiris believe in India than normal Pakistanis believe in Pakistan . First, get people on your side to be with you instead of Mullah/army ideology - then worry about Kashmiris.
We have the law on our side.
Why fear plebiscite then? You know just to rub it on our face. Show how much Kashmiris love you Indians. You know the result however, don't you!

International Law shows status of Kashmir exactly when it prints its maps. Go have a look and you will know what law says.
