Whats wrong with that image? See that red line? one side is Indian occupation declared as a part of India forced by thousands of troops deployment in city streets. Second side is a free Kashmir with its own legislative assembly without the need of any TROOPS to enforce the claim of the state.

But the constitution of J & K says Azad Kashmir and J&K + Aksai Chin are part of the greater Kashmir

How the hell and when plebiscite was given in Azad Kashmir that Pakistan controls it through Karachi agreement?? As per A257 you arenot allowed to have any relation with Kashmiris before plebiscite.

Plebiscite is a topic that's been talked to death. It would be futile to repeat the arguments again - I suggest wikipedia as a source. Besides, no reason why we should give in to Pakistan's silly archaic demands just to prove a point.

If you are so interested in holding a plebiscite, do so for Balochistan.
