Pakistan most probably going for Z10 and T129. Z10 seems been on duty in FATA for over year and did lots of technical improvement. Before it was issue of catching moisture on electronic board at certain altitude and causing some performance issue. But hopefully Turkish got NOC for engine delivery.

do note its not 2 billion/40 =cost per chopper aka 50 million, factor in maintainance, servicing training of pliots and ground crew and tools too and many many more factors.
in the end your looking at half of 50 million just for a fly away unit.
