The boat came under the radar a fortnight before the incident and all concerned authorities were alerted beforehand. According to sources, the entire operation was monitored by top Indian intelligence and security officials with the National Security Advisor's (NSA) assent.

As the Navy failed to take effective action despite advance alert, an internal internal probe has been ordered over the incident, say sources. The diesel smuggling boat theory is considered to be incorrect as smuggling boats do not come so close to the ports.

NO. it was a fishing boat that was trying to catch Indian fishes to prepare for delicacies for LeT freedom fighters ...they lost their way thanks to the evil sea under Indian control ...they were just trying to find out way from Pakistan army and friends in Thailand over secure wireless communication which Pakistan maritime people had enabled them to access as good will in exchange of indian fishes they were supposed to catch .

If intel agencies say that they have got intercept of wireless communication between occupants of boat and between their handlers somewhere in Pakistan and Thailand ...they won't say it so explicitly without proof .

had india not got access to the intercept of communication between terrorists holed up in Taj, nariman house and their handlers in Karachi through US ...Pakistan would have washed its hands ....In fact it continues to do so despite the overwhelming evidence .

Your own intel agency accepted that voice samples matched the intercepts on 26/11 .
