Cultural Revolution is just only a small part of the reasons. CCP was anti-west from the first day it was eastablished. Mao had a very strong will of independence. Which is the reason why Stalin didn't like Mao. CCP and Mao re-formed Chinese spirit

There were 3 million native Americans in USA/Canada in 1600. There are 5 million Native Americans today. Get the numbers right.
Import of slaves was banned in 1808. There were 1.4 million slaves in 1810 census.
