can i ask a question - is there any defence against a 'nuke' attack?

there is no effective defence against nuke attack no where in the world
russia have a large number of underground bunkers may be we also have

there will be a chain of command to control the armed forces after a nuke attack

PAKISTAN THE ENTIRE NATION HAS NO NUCLEAR DEFENSE.

And it has never even attempted to build a defense for nuclear attack

I AM TAKING ABOUT ANTI BALLISTIC MISSLE DEFENSE. There is no plans by pakistan to invest in such a expensive system
