One thing about Terrorists is that they live among the common people , Small Villages in Afghanistan and the houses are not very strong built .. An A-100 Rocket attack will decimate their training compound but also hurt the neighbors , and if ( which is very much likely ) any rocket fall into a civilian house than we are igniting another war and we don't kill Civilians , we must have that difference from other forces like US, Allies .

I am sure when Our forces do it they have very good intel and avoid civilians, otherwise they will be blindly shooting rockets every day. Reason we dont target civilians across LOC also unlike Indians do

I don't understand how is that even a question? What do u mean what's in it for Afghanistan? My whole post was based on that the big powers along with Afghanistan's neighbors carve up Afghanistan and divide it based on ethnic similarities to the neighboring countries. These divided parts will be annexed by the neighboring countries. So for example the uzbek speaking Afghans(and that region) goes to Uzbekistan.

The reason why the big powers are involved is to force this solution on to Afghanistan in order to end the mess that is Afghanistan and has been for decades. Quite obviously there is nothing in it for Afghanistan...as it will be dissolved...but there is something to gain for Afghans(the citizens of Afghanistan)...that is peace and prosperity. All of Afghanistan's neighbors are doing way better economically speaking(as compared to Afghanistan).

Afghanistan Government: What will the present day government get that it should leave its jurisdiction?
Afghanistan State: What are the advantages for the state that will advantage the statehood of Afghanistan? e.g economic benefits, debt reduction and wealth share.
Afghanistan people: what opportunities does afghans get by joining the union with pakistan?

Pakistan as an argument is the worst possible solution to your proposed argument.

Afghanistan Government: Afghan taliban come back and help pakistan run the place.
Afghanistan State: Is pakistan willing to take on the trillion dollar debt and war expenses? I doubt it because when pakistan's 300 million aid is stopped then military dogs start barking left, right and center. I don't think Afghanistan Government will be insisting on taking anything from beggars bowl. To top it, previous behaviour with Bengali's is a precedence.
Afghans: Its not as lucrative to become part of terrorist economy that is the backbone of world terror. Pakistan's acceptance in afghans is though the roof at 3% while ISIS is at 5% that's for your argument.
