Pakistan Army Chief Visits Russia

I hope that Gen.Raheel Sharif talks about the Russian IFV And APC the new ones .

. . . .
crucial talks including expending helicopter fleet, few tanks related issues, plus establishing new helicopter repair facility.

What about other stuff like SAM specially Pantsir S-1 / 2 systems in which PA seems to be very interested??

Can't say but now I think we would go for them. It was Russia who offered us three different Air Defence systems during IDEX 2014.

Its too early because you are talking about jeopardizing Indian fleet in case of any stand off. Because Russian SA missile carry their plane codes and can be sitting duck in case of any stand off between Pakistan and India.

I would highly recommend that Pakistan Army " NOT EXPEND " their Helicopter Fleet.

However, it would be a good idea to " EXPAND " our Helicopter Fleet. :p: :D :pakistan:
Russia is the only choice PA has. They have variety and Pak never had any parts problem with Russian.

Call me naive, but selling weapons system to both the sides in a conflict/near conflict seems, highly unethical. Its basically war profiteering.
Not singling out Russia but other countries like US and France too who both sell offensive weapons to both India and Pak

It creates certain dilemma like whom do you support in any future conflicts when there is urgent need for spares/ammunition etc. You could basically cripple one power if you hold of on critical parts.

India shouldn't worry about Russian. They still want some juice from Indian market.
