Actually I just checked the map, the distance between Delhi and Lahore from the epicenter are about the same. So it is possible.

May be a few areas in Lahore were not effected while other areas are. I felt nothing in my office, just talked to family at home, they also felt nothing such. My cousin who live at other side of Lahore felt earthquake clearly..
